TiviMate setup: add your IPTV playlist in 5 minutes
TiviMate is the player most people end up keeping. Here is the fastest way to install it, add your NeoIPTV login and get the full EPG showing.

TiviMate is a clean, fast IPTV player that turns a raw playlist into something that feels like a real TV guide. It is the player most of our customers settle on after trying a few, and it works on streaming sticks, TV boxes and most smart TVs.
This guide installs TiviMate, adds your NeoIPTV login and gets the EPG working. If you do not have a login yet, ask by message for a free test line first — you can check the picture on your own screen before paying.
What you need
- A streaming stick, a TV box device (2 GB RAM or more)
- Your NeoIPTV login: either Xtream Codes (username, password, server URL) or an M3U playlist link
- About five minutes
Install TiviMate
- On streaming stick, open the search bar and type TiviMate; install TiviMate IPTV Player from the app store.
- On a TV box, open the app store and install TiviMate.
- If your device has no store listing, sideload the APK from the official TiviMate site using the Downloader app.
Add your playlist
Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist.
Option A — Xtream Codes (recommended)
Choose Xtream Codes and paste the server URL, username and password we sent you. Xtream Codes gives you the live channels, films, series and the EPG in one go, so it is the fastest route.
Option B — M3U link
Choose M3U playlist and paste the full M3U URL. This works everywhere but you usually have to add the EPG separately — see the next section.
Load the EPG
If the guide is empty after adding an M3U link, open Settings → EPG → Add EPG source and paste the XMLTV URL from your welcome message. Set the update interval to 12 hours and refresh once. With Xtream Codes the EPG is normally filled automatically.
Fix the usual problems
- Playlist will not add — re-copy the URL; a trailing space breaks it. On streaming stick, type the URL instead of pasting if the keyboard mangles it.
- Channels load but the guide is blank — the EPG URL is wrong or the timezone is off. Set the timezone in TiviMate settings to your local zone and refresh.
- Buffering on one channel only — that is usually the source, not TiviMate. Try an Ethernet adapter before blaming the app.
- Login rejected — check the credentials work on another device; if they fail everywhere, message us and we will reset them.
Make it feel like a TV
Turn on the compact EPG layout, hide the groups you never watch and pin your favourites. Five minutes of tidying makes TiviMate feel less like a playlist and more like a set-top box.
